This privacy policy is intended to outline how any personal data collected from you via the www.argofitness.ca will be used, stored and protected by us to communicate with you and to provide you a good user experience while being compliant with the applicable data protection law.
This Privacy Policy supplements the Argo Fitness Inc. Privacy Policy, which applies to your overall interaction with Argo Fitness and its subsidiaries. For best user experience and complete information, please make sure you review both such policies.
About the controllers of your personal data
Your personal data provided will be processed by:

acting as the data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “controller”, “we” or “us”) who determine the purposes and means of processing pursuant to a written arrangement.
For any queries or exercise of your rights regarding the processing of your data through the Site, your primary point of contact will be info@argofitness.ca. However, please note that you may exercise your rights under GDPR in respect of and against each of the controllers.
Why do we need to process your data?
Mainly, we need your contact data collected through the Site in order to perform the sale contract for Argo Fitness products and to deliver them to you. Your data will be used for servicing and properly maintaining your Argo Fitness and Nutrition products. Pursuant to such sale contract, we may need your data in order to address any enquiries, correspondence, concerns or complaints you have raised.
We also need your personal data in order to comply with the applicable laws and regulations considering we shall perform a sale, issue a fiscal invoice for your purchase, we shall issue a warranty certificate and bring the products to conformity, subject to the applicable legal requirements and according to the Sales Conditions.
Subject to your consent, we may further use your data to send you news about our products and services using different communication media, including emails, sms, phone and regular mail.
In addition, we shall process your data if we have legitimate interests pursued by us, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights. Access to customer account information is limited to those who need access for the performance of their job. We use full login and password controls on our system. Confidentiality and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updated as required to further protect our personal data.
Your data is accessible by our staff authorised to process personal data. In particular, staff belonging to the following categories: IT and administrative staff, customer services including after sales team, marketing as well as other individuals who need to process the data under a need-to-know basis.
Who will we share your personal data with?
Your data may be stored in a database that we, as well as other members of our companies, can access. We do this to help us organise our databases efficiently and understand how our clients may make purchases in different parts of the world.

- transporters, couriers and shipping companies involved in the delivery of your order for Argo Fitness products.
